GOOD NIGHT FROM A 'SKY WOMAN'...

SUNDOWN IN THE WESTERN SKY...

A parfait of cloud and color, reflected in a rippling creek...
The clouds are rapidly thinning, clearing the way for a visibly starry night, with a waxing crescent moon.
I sit back in my chair, and through the skylights looking down at me, I see that silver crescent moon, not far from moon-set.
I'll take that as my good night from the skies. Temps have stalled at 32 all afternoon and are now swiftly falling.
Warm quilts are all the more appealing on such evenings. Early or not, that's where I'm headed.

GOOD NIGHT, SKY!
