MOON ONE DAY FROM FULL...

There's a moon out tonight...  a myopic eye that peers through light snow over the ski hill across the road from my property. It is competing with lights from the hill, but it still holds its place.
As I reach for my small pocket camera, that moon is being admired, along with the hill, by a big dog named Mick.
Here in my valley in northeast Ohio in winter, it's not a usual thing to witness the moon. The snow clouds generally reign.
But tonight the skies are clearing, and my dog and I are privileged beings indeed.
      We stand and appreciate....
