REAL PEOPLE CAN BE REMEDY FOR THE BLUES

So many people seem depressed today, and many of these same people admit they find the news depressing. The remedy? It wouldn't hurt to try this: Turn off the TV news; don't watch it for at least one day; and go out among people! Real people! You'll find yourself laughing a little, maybe for the first time in weeks.
R.A.T.s (Rose About Town) does this on a regular basis. In return, I have decided, you have to pass your OWN smile and sense of humor around too. It magnifies and spreads the remedy.
